New Feature
- Add Rate Validation mechanism to help detect potential price discrepancies between channel reservation rates and PC rates.
- When enabled at the property level, PC will automatically compare the reservation rate received from the channel with the PC reference rate at the time a booking request is received.
- If the difference exceeds the configured threshold (percentage or fixed value), the system will send an email notification to the configured recipients and display a warning message in the reservation details page to highlight the detected rate difference.

- Channel Profile ID is not requied now, and allow properties to associate multiple rate plans from the same channel with different PC profiles.
- Live Check requests now support an additional extension field for downstream channels. A new key, CHANNEL_RES_ID, can be passed in the extensions node to include the original channel reservation ID when initiating a Live Check request. PC forwards this value transparently to suppliers via the CRS API.

- The "Config" button for Click channel connection is now accessible during the Pending Approval to allow admin to pre-configure the sync hotel information method (API or offline).
